How We Help
Most organizations we work with engage in coaching partnerships, where we provide on-site resources to actually help implement our evidence-based approach. Studer Group coaches have firsthand experience implementing this approach in provider organizations. While our team includes a wide variety of leadership experience and medical directors, we have many coaches with nursing leadership backgrounds since so much of our work impacts the sharp-end of care delivery.
