Coaching Process

Studer Group coaches hospitals and health care systems providing a detailed framework and practical how-tos that create change. We work side-by-side establishing, accelerating, and hardwiring the necessary changes to create a culture of excellence. In our work, the Studer Group has identified a core of three critical elements that must be in place for great organizational performance once a commitment is made to the Pillar approach to goal setting and the Nine PrinciplesSM of Behavior.

Our Engagement Clients work closely with the Studer Group to implement these three components:

  • One component is to create service teams and implement tactics to increase patient, physician, and employee satisfaction in order to increase market share, decrease risk and errors, and decrease turnover costs.

  • A second component is the formation of an accountability task force that we assist in implementing an organization-wide leadership evaluation system to hardwire objective accountability.

  • The third component is a process to assist leaders to develop the skills or leadership muscle necessary to attain the desired results. We have learned that if organizations are willing to set specific measurable goals, make an investment in the development of leaders, and change the way all leaders are evaluated based on those goals, the organization will reach best in class. Quint Studer and the Studer Group coaches are there to see it happen.
